
How do you determine the shipping fees ?
Shipping Fee is determined by vendor(seller) based on order amount of their products. Vendor(seller) will indicate shipping fees information on their product details page
Can I ship to multiple addresses in same order?
Sorry, Multiple shipping is NOT allowed, only 1 address the same Order Number.
Why is there Free shipping?
Free shipping is an additional benefit provided by vendor(Seller), if you meet vendor’s
requirement. You shipping fees will be free.
If I order multiple products, do I pay only 1 time shipping fees ?
Shipping Fees is calculated and charged from individually vendor. If you purchased product
from different vendors, you are most likely to pay shipping fee according to individual vendor.
What is Return?
If product you have receive is faulty, wrong item or damaged, you put up RMA Request to
return the item back to vendor and get a refund.
What is the difference between Return & Cancellation?
Cancellation can only be done BEFORE shipping.
If product handled over to courier and on the way to you, you need to put up RMA Request
and the product has to be returned back to vendor before you get back the refund.
What is the usual process of return?
1. Buyer put up ‘RMA Request’ from My Order Page
2. Vendor to verify the ‘Return’ request and approve the request
3. Buyer took photos as proof and ship the product back to the seller & provide tracking
number in chat message
4. Vendor inspect the return product condition and complete Return process
5. Buyer then receive the refund
Who shall be responsible for Return shipping fees
Only if requested “Return” due to damage, faulty or wrong product, the Vendor has to bear
the buyer’s Return shipping fee.
I request Return, but I want to cancel my request
If request of return is withdraw, please contact vendor to request for withdraw process.
I request return, but Vendor rejected my request. What should I do?
In the event where return request or returned product failed to meet the return policy, Vendor has all rights to reject your request.
If information provide by buyer is not sufficient enough to support ‘Return’ request reason,
Vendor can reject your request too.
When requesting ‘Return’, kindly provide concrete information as much as possible with
Photos or video taken to help Vendor decide on approval. If still unable between you and
vendor please contact Platform Customer Service for assistant.
I already returned my product, where do I inform on my tracking number
Once you had shipped the product back to the vendor, you shall provide the shipment’s
tracking number in Message to Vendor
I already returned my product, but I have not received the refund.
Your refund will start to process once Return request updated from Vendor.
Can I change my mind after payment
Approval for change of mind, excluding wrong or damaged item(s) receive is subject to
the Vendor’s approval at all times.
What is Exchange
If product you received is wrong item, damaged, you can request ‘Exchange’ the item and get a new product in RMA Request
An ‘Exchange’ process requires buyers to ship the receive product back to the Vendor in the
same conditions as when it first arrived, together with other free gifts or items provided by the Vendor (if any and if required).
I want to exchange my product. What should I do?
You can request ‘Exchange’ in RMA Request in ‘My Orders’
Once RMA Request put up, the order will put on HOLD. Vendor will contact buyer to provide
more details about the request. If both part unable to resolve, Platform Customer Service will assist both parties.
